Bite Me — Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
Mutt Juice — Pepperoncini Hot Sauce
Rum Digger — Red Scotch Bonnet Rum Hot Sauce

Meet Michael, owner of Angry Ape’s Bbq! He's holding one of his sauces that recently rolled off the line here at Patter Fam - True Mountain BBQ Sauce. All of Angry Ape's stuff is Appalachian to the core, which is right up my alley.

We're once again THRILLED to help a small business owner's dream come true by getting their products into production, which includes everything from test batching, coordinating with the lab for the purpose of acquiring a Process Authority letter, production, bottling, labeling and all that jazz.

🌶️ Barkin’ Bourbon — made with yellow Scotch bonnets and plenty of kick
🥃 Cask & Flame — a rich whiskey-inspired sauce with smoky flavor

I used to say I’d never want a job where I had to wear a hair net.

Well… here we are. 😂

Nothing humbles you quite like forgetting you still have one on while unloading a shipment in the street with a million cars driving by. I'm so cool!

But honestly? There’s something pretty satisfying about standing over a kettle full of jam knowing we’re making real products, by hand, in our own facility. Hair net and all.

Small batch copacking isn’t always glamorous, but it sure is rewarding.
