Life been feeling too salty? 🧂Sounds like it’s about time to turn up the heat. 🔥 The first spinoff of my ramp salt is MOUNTAIN SMOKE SALT 💨. I took fresh, wild foraged Ramps 🌱harvested by myself in Wheeling, West Virginia and blended them with smoked chipotle peppers 🌶️ . What emerged in this combination came something we didn’t think we needed, but can’t get enough of. Plenty of smoky heat with your favorite rampy garlicky finish. Will have them tomorrow at the Wheeling Farmers' Market and throughout the rest of the season at events. 🤤 🥵

Earlier this summer we had the local 4H club out for an immersive bee 🐝 experience learning opportunity. I set up the bee net canopy and everyone could safely be in the netting while I opened up the bee hives. We were able to spot the queen 👸and learn all about bees. Before they left we also were able to go down to say hi to the chickens 🐓, which they’ve come out in the past for a lesson previously. Always enjoy seeing future farmers, outdoor enthusiasts, or generally kids interested in being outside. Good morning! We got our table set up at the Wheeling Farmers' Market this morning and kiddo was insistent on taking pictures for the market. 😁 We have eggs 🥚, ramp salt, apple 🍎 butter, chocolate chip cookies 🍪, bee T-shirts (sized for humans, not for bees 🐝 ), and HONEY 🍯! Our first week we will have honey available and supplies are very very limited this year. So don’t complain when we sell out and you say you wanted some. 😜 Here at St Mikes church parking lot until noon.

We had a customer say they loved our ramp salt. He said it is wife’s birthday 🎂 tomorrow and I wanted to bring her by to restock on her ramp salt 🧂 . Awe. Thanks so much. We always appreciate being part of family’s memories together. Have a great weekend.

Ten years of farmers markets and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better market partner than mini me. ❤️ Teaching life’s lessons one day at a time. Here at St Mikes until 10:30 today and market runs until noon.

We’re back! We appreciate our farming friend Ruth at Soul and Soil Collective for carrying our products while we were on vacation. 🙏 We went to the beach 🌊and to Washington DC 🇺🇸and had the most wonderful time with the kids. We also have some new members of the homestead we will show later this week. 😁 Tomorrow we will be at the Wheeling Farmers' Market with our pasture raised , apple butter, and ramp salt. 🥚 Fresh packed and laid this week. Teddy is excited to share his travels with our customers. Hope to see everyone there!

We will be leaving early around 10:45 a.m to go to Touch a Truck at the Highlands Sports Complex to help support the kids daycare Holy Family Child Care & Development Center. It’s going on from 11-1 so stop up to the Highlands if want after the market, it’s a great time each year.

After a week off celebrating Teddys birthday with friends today the Blend boys will be back for Americas 250th birthday! Stop and visit us and we will have plenty of goodies for you all. 🎂🇺🇸

Blown away again by our Amazing Community today 🥰A lot of people were asking and yes, we will be there on the Fourth! Always 1225 National Rd from 8am to 12 every Saturday through October!

The Blend boys are at the market today! Trying to sell the most eggs in a market we ever have! We brought 120 dozen today as well as other awesome deliciousness! 🥚🤯🤪 Thanks to everyone who comes out and supports us each week! 🙏
