At Last!

I'm a Farmer. More specifically, for the last 13 years I've raised and sold Grassfed Beef and Lamb, Pastured Pork and Chicken.

Based on my own studies in nutrition, I've encouraged people to eat simple foods, to move away from simple sugars and refined carbs and artificial flavors and colors.

Instead to eat vegetables, complex carbs, and lots of high quality meat.

One gal who had been a vegetarian, was married for several years and unable to concieve, bought a quarter beef from me. Next year she picked up her beef, there was a little carseat and a big smile.

After so many stories like this, and enjoying extremely good health for myself, It is so exciting and satisifying to see COMMON SENSE in our dietary guidelines.

Public Health prior to this administaration, allowed a "heart healthy" logo to be stamped on coco puffs.

I hope this is put to work in our hospitals, schools, clinics and homes.
