We are Smoking for July 4th ! The Kitchen will have limited number of Briskets and Pork Butts available Thursday and Friday morning .
Local delivery Thursday morning and evening, Friday the 4th morning .
Brisket 150$ average around 10lbs prepared
Pork Butt. 40$
Taking Orders thru Wednesday 3pm

Has anyone played with Pizza Bread ? We had to experiment with Pepperoni, Sausage,Onion and Bell Pepper..loaded it with cheese ! Marinara dipping..)

We've been taking care of business at home, homeowners know it always needs something ..) Thinking the heat index may give up some this week..But 107* without a 4ft griddle and fryers going..Getting hot !
