Awesome flavorful ribs for your Labor Day Weekend!

Baby Back Ribs

To Prep:
1. Remove the membrane on the back side for better pe*******on of smoke flavor.
2. Cover the Ribs with Olive Oil and then spread liberal amounts of JC's Sweet BBQ Seasoning & Rub - allow to set at least 30 minutes
3. Place the Ribs on the smoker around 225-250 Degrees
4. Cook for 3-4 hours total, spritzing with a mixture of apple juice and white vinegar every 30 minutes
5.Within an hour of being done, prepare a length of aluminum foil to wrap the ribs. Place butter, honey, brown sugar and Tiger sauce or just use JC's Sweet Red Gourmet BBQ Sauce the length of the foil. Place the ribs on the sauce, bottom up and wrap the foil.
6. Return the wrapped foil back to the heat and cook an additional hour.

Remove the Ribs and Enjoy!!!
