These are the cookies I made for my dad’s 80th birthday party. They are caricatures of him with things he loves. I wanted to make more to include grand kids, great grandchildren, and more extended family because family is #1 to him. I was just keeping the focus mostly on him and his hobbies since we were celebrating him! These were so much fun to do. The song “Maybe” is from a show we watched back in the day called “Grizzly Adams”. Some may remember that show! Well that song has been our official family song for years. I was happy to find it on TikTok. I hope it doesn’t get muted by Facebook. I love my family so much. And I am so thankful to my parents for the greatest childhood memories a person could have.

The finished product! I ended up dipping them lol- WAYYYY FASTER! I hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July!! Btw.. these cookies were 1/8- 1/4 inch in size!

Meet “The Birthday Card”. This is the recycled birthday card my kids get each year on their birthday. It’s been going on for years. It always comes in the original envelope. My two sons and my two daughter in laws know this card is gold. If they want a gift the following year they have to return it to me.
And they always do 🤣
This card has traveled through the mail, has been to Florida, has been to Canada and will probably get fought over who gets to keep it when I die 🤣🤣🤣

✨ A golden birthday for a golden little guy ✨
This cake was extra special… turning 6 on the 6th only happens once! 💛

Gold textures, metallic details, starbursts, cupcakes, and all the sparkle made this one so fun to create. Honestly one of my favorite cakes I’ve ever made ✨
