First harvest from Satilla Ponds was a success! Satilla Ponds fried catfish over jimmy red grits topped with sea island red peas salad and tasso gravy served last night at the Golden Isles Chaîne des Rôtisseurs dinner at Georgia Sea Grill. Thanks Eric Miller for raising and harvesting these beauts and Timothy Lensch for the excellent recipe and flawless ex*****on. More on the way.
