I began watching and learning with my mother and grandmother as they magically transformed flour, sugar, and butter into pure bliss. Then at a young age, I took on the role as the family baker. It wasn’t until I started bakin

g with my own daughters that I fully realized my passion. In 2006, I began creating biscotti recipes that celebrated my Italian heritage. With each recipe, a sweet indulgent treat was born. Today, Cathy’s Biscotti offers eleven biscotti flavors, each distinct and delicious. The marriage of old-world tradition with indulgent flavor and texture is what makes our biscotti uniquely different from the rest. All of our biscotti are baked in small batches using only the finest ingredients. We hand-roll and hand cut each loaf to produce truly artisanal biscotti that not only melt in your mouth, but also provide the crunch that you expect to find in traditional biscotti. In 2011, we introduced bar cookies, cupcakes, scones, brownies, blondies, and our award-winning Irish soda bread to our menu. Now, we offer GLUTEN FREE biscotti, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, brownies, and blondies! I invite you to try our delicious treats, and maybe we’ll conjure up some warm memories of your own.
