"Failure to thrive" used to be on Evely's chart. Not anymore.

Her G-tube journey started at just 3 months old, right after heart surgery, and led to several diagnoses that made swallowing hard. The commercial formulas she was prescribed made her sick every single time.

Her mom started blending real food for Evely at home, but between hospital stays and doctor's appointments, it became a full-time job on top of everything else she was already carrying.

Such a rewarding few days at this year's The Oley Foundation Conference. Every one of the 500 attendees found Real Food Blends information waiting in their welcome bag on day one, a great way to kick things off.

We were also honored to sponsor a juggling performance for the Oley Foundation's Kids Club, a true highlight of the event and a joy to witness firsthand while volunteering that morning.

On day two, we sponsored the Nutrition Support Snack Station, where attendees picked up meal pouches to try at home. Getting our food directly into people's hands is always one of our favorite parts of these events.

If this is your first time using blended real food in your feeding tube diet, you’ll see that the consistency of Real Food Blends is thicker than your traditional tube feeding formula. This is intentional, as having a thicker consistency may help improve signs of GI intolerance.
