What you can do in a single Saturday in White Springs?

Start with hiking and nature. Spott some turtles and gators.

Attend one of the festivals and events in town. Last week we had a Car Show and BBq, this week we have Easter events, then a Saturday Street Sale. They're always something food trucks to grab lunch at!

Check out some seasonal beauty. This month its the Azalea blooms. Next month it will be blueberry picking.

Drop by the Harris Farm stand to pick up some locally crafted sourdough, fresh veggies and eggs. Make something from stcratch for dinner.

Enjoy the night sky and a campfire. Then get the most restful sleep, with the local barred owls hooting you to sleep.

A new footbridge now connects Big Oak Pond Trail with Beaver Tracks Pond Campsite. We're making progress on setting up the campsite and walking trails - welcoming visitors seems just around the corner.

Please help us welcome🐝Honey Bees🐝 to the blueberry farm. These hives have been kindly set up on the farm for the blueberry bush blooming season by our friends and neighbors here in White Springs.

They are already hard at work on all the blossoms. This place is just buzzing with excitement for spring weather and a big harvest 🫐.

Defending our garden against the local deer with an 8ft fence. Its been weeks of work. We had to move and dump 2,400 lbs of concrete! More updates to come once the paths, beds, and veggies are in place.

A piece of history right on our front porch. White Springs might be a small town tucked away in rural Florida but there are so many hidden gems here.

Last week we forged some oyster mushrooms from the trees in our woods. Some were delicious and fresh. We ate those!

A few already had little bugs in te so we skipped those.

Also had a Lions Mane up in a tree, but it looked a little bit past its prime when we found it.

There is so much abundance in nature!

This fall we hosted our first Harvest Festival on the farm. It was a small gathering but brought together our lovely neighbors and friends in a celebration of the Lord's abundance and the beauty of the season.

Big thank you to Suwannee River Produce - White Springs FL for supplying us with corn and pumpkins for the decorations. Flowers came from our farm!

In 2026 we hope to grow it bigger and better - with more friends and neighbors - and even more tents and tables filled with laughter.
