A Message from the Maker:

Such an awesome Saturday at Stravino's Italian Market offering free samples of Doe's Cheesecake!

Thank you so much to everyone who made a purchase after just one taste and thanks also to all our new fans across the Lehigh Valley.

As you can plainly see, of 21 people who tried a sample, 9 people purchased and 2 of those bought 2!

Thank you so much Gianni and Carla for supporting this Upstart Artisan, making a Hand Crafted product, that turns people into raving fans.

This week I will bring Stravino's their 4th order of 20 Lemon Cheesecakes since June 20th. I can't wait to see how this grows.

I hope everyone who knew Doe and Maur will come by and let them know how long you've been a fan of Doe's Cheesecake.

A happy message from a happy maker:

Beginning Saturday June 20th Doe's Cheesecake will be available to purchase at Stravino's Italian Market at 5th and Fairmont in Allentown PA. I will be there, offering samples for tasting, so please pop in for a visit.

When I began making my mom's cheesecake, in 2010, I promised myself I would go where it leads me and that I would do my best to carry on Doe's legacy of love and giving.

Well, back home to Allentown, where a whole lot of people knew my mom, is where it has led me and I am so proud to have Stravino's as my first commercial outlet for Doe's Cheesecake.

Did you know they've been around for 106 years!?

When I began making Doe's Cheesecake in 2010 I promised myself I would simply move the ball down the field every day, no matter what. I knew, without a doubt, it could some day take its place as one of those twenty-year, overnight success stories.

I've now spent three years back home in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, selling my cheesecake door-to-door to businesses, just like I did in the Carson Valley in Nevada, meeting people, introducing them to Doe's Cheesecake and creating a whole new bunch of raving fans.

Now that I'm sixteen years into my first twenty-year plan the next step was to create the label. Ain't she pretty!?

Soon I hope to announce my first outlet where you will be able to purchase Doe's Cheesecake in the Lehigh Valley.

A Message from the Maker:
Hi, its me Barry.
This year, for my birthday, Doe's Cheesecake has made a donation to Dream Come True of the Lehigh Valley.

My mom, Doe Levan, has been a volunteer with this amazing organization for more than thirty years and spent much of that time interviewing kids and their families about what their dream was and then helping to make it happen.

If you are a fan of Doe's Cheesecake you should know that a portion of what you spend is being used to support this beautiful effort to bring joy into the lives of kids going through really difficult times.

Doe's shining example of love and compassion for less fortunate people has always been the driving force and the inspiration for creating this company and this contribution is just the first of many more to come. Thanks to everyone who is a raving fan of Doe's Cheesecake, you are all very special to us. Please check out the Dream Come True page and feel free to throw some love their way if you are looking for something worthwhile to support.
