We learned about the late night Puerto Rican sandwhich, and instantly were sold on the idea of finding the best on in San Juan we had to travel out to find this food truck and I'm so glad we did! gave us the best Puerto Rican experience we could ask for! Chatting it up with the owner he asked us how we wanted our sandwhich and we told him to feed us like the locals eat it and he did just that!

- Tripletas a traditional Puerto Rican sandwich made with three types of meat: roasted pork, steak, and ham (pernil, bistec, jamon) It is a popular street food that also includes cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, and is topped with crispy potato sticks and a mayo-ketchup sauce

Needless to say, there were no regrets eating this late at night!

Now.....to the authentic Puerto Rican food. Just what I came to PR looking for!

•I wanted to go eat somewhere that felt like someone's Abuela was in the kitchen cooking it! And I found it at ! Everything was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious!•

Can we take a second to appreciate how much food you get at a Puerto Rican restaurant?!

•Pause that thought.....let's actually take a second to appreciate how GOOD and FLAVORFUL Puerto Rican Chinese food is. This may look like a simple meal you can get stateside, but I assure you that you won't get the flavor like this meal had. Shrimp was so fresh, meat was marinated to perfection and the sushi was absolutely delicious. I will surely miss tasting Chinese food like I tried out here on the Island.•

Wepaaaaaaaa! 🇵🇷

Hello from Puerto Rico! Before traveling, I looked at many must eat places while staying in San Juan and locals kept discussing the idea that Church's Chicken was a MUST for their extended menu here in PR. So we had to check it out for ourselves.

Featured:
• Pechu Sándwich - Classic chicken breast sandwich, fresh romaine lettuce and tomatoes, mayonnaise, crunchy pickles, American cheese, and fresh brioche buns.

•Pancho Sándwich- Breaded chicken breast, delicious American cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and sour cream, with a delicious creamy jalapeño sauce, crispy nachos, and fresh brioche bread

Sides: Corn nuggets, fries, Mac & cheese, honey biscuits and honey butter sauce

Needless to say. A must try if you're in San Juan!

•Took a nice little trip outside the Valley to Palmerton to Joey B's! WORTH the drive! The food and atmosphere were just gorgeous all around. Definitely plan to come back to try more food options! Sangria flights were on point (and frozen if that's your thing....that's totally my thing.) •

We were so pleased with our waitress, she was so much fun! The food was incredible, full of flavor, and we couldn't stop talking about how amazing the sauces were!•

•It's been a minute, friends! It's only right that I come back with my favorite restaurant in the Valley! Thai Kitchen in Bethlehem on Broadway has authentic Thai food, and arguably the best Pad Thai in town in my opinion!•

Rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, scallion and ground peanuts

-Drunken Noodles (Pad Khee Mao)
Stir-fried flat noodles with egg, onion, broccoli, bell pepper and fresh basil

-Chicken Curry Puff

A great option in the Lehigh Valley is now open on Schoenersville road! Fresh food, HEALTHY food, and has delicious options!

•What I love most is when people reach out to me and tell me to go and try out a new place to eat, and this recommendation was top tier! a cute little Italian restaurant in Bethlehem that I'm so thankful to have found! Service was excellent, the meal was bursting with flavor, and I can't get over how good the cannolis were!•

-Chicken Marsala
Chicken, mushroom and the most delicious sauce I have ever tasted on a Marsala
