One year ago today we sold our coffee truck and said goodbye to the beginning of Biddle’s.🖤 It’s still so bittersweet to reminisce on all of the great memories from this truck, all of the fun events we got to share with people, and how much we learned from our first 3 years of business. We definitely had our fair share of frustrating moments, the “how did we ever get ourselves into this?!” conversations, and late nights cleaning up from or prepping for an early morning event. The truck was a way for us to meet so many incredible people - both customers, our first employees, and other businesses within the food truck community. It gave us a way to share our product with so many different people and to start to spread the mission of Biddle’s to Central PA. Most of all, it gave Mike and I the opportunity to start our dream - our truck was not the biggest or fanciest inside and when we started back in 2021, we were basically just two kids ourselves trying to figure it all out. We are SO thankful that it led us to have coffee shops in both of our hometowns and that we get to continue on our mission of coffee, fellowship, and community - and let’s be honest, air conditioning and a restroom are pretty nice perks to have inside of a building (it’s the little things.)😂
If you ever want to find the original Biddle’s truck, we were fortunate enough to pass it on to the sweetest sisters and owners of - the perfect people to continue on the mission of sharing joy and God’s light through a cup.☕️✨
