Sorenson Ranch is a full service equine facility specializing in over-night horse boarding. This facility features 12' x 12' & 12' x 24' box stalls, room for up to 12 horses, indoor wash rack, round pen, loading chute, picnic area, RV hook up, trailer parking, easy in & out access for large rigs and coming soon, living quarters that sleeps up to 6 guests with kitchen, bathroom, shower and laundry.
North of Dallas, off US Hwy. 82, in Callisburg, TX, Sorenson Ranch is owned and operated by Danny and Kimberly Sorenson who also reside on the property. Danny was a journeyman thoroughbred jockey for over 32 years and spent most of his racing career in Southern California. Kimberly has worked as a sales account manager in the animal health industry for over 20 years and prior to that worked at the track and farm exercising thoroughbred race horses. After Danny retired from racing, he and Kimberly moved to the heart of horse country in North TX to live out their dream on a beautiful 16 acres where they built their dream home and a barn/bunk-house to offer a safe and comfortable environment for both the horse and hauler. We welcome all travelers with horses, whether you’re travelling on vacation, for a show or rodeo, relocating or hauling a full load from coast to coast. We will provide you and your horse(s) a quiet, comfortable and safe night's stay.
