Hey everyone! I apologize for not posting more updates etc. My phone has been down and I'm playing catch up. I think I've responded to everyone that I can see but if not please reach out to me and I'll get you taken care!

We picked up our 2 cows from processing and they are going quick.

One whole has sold from this batch and I have people picking up their orders for ground beef and other cuts this week and a few orders shipping out tomorrow.

I have chuck roast, ribeyes, Sirloin, NY Strip and Filets, cubed steak, ground beef and stew beef available.

I also have pork available. I have maple sausage, Italian Sausage, ham roasts and Tenderloin and chops left. (Certain cuts maybe limited)

If you would like anything please let me know as I will not be available Friday or Saturday this week for deliveries or pick up.

Hey everyone! We are completely sold out of beef currently.

With all the damages from hurricane Helene, we are unable to get cows processed right now due to boil advisory in certain areas where one of our processors are located.

We do still have some pork left but sausage flavors and certain cuts maybe limited.

We do have dates this month with another processing facility we use and will keep everyone updated once we know those dates are still valid.

I apologize for being sold out and I know many are waiting. We were on track to process 3 this month but right now we will have to do what we can with what we have.

Our prayers are still out with everyone who's been affected. We have loads of donated items going up weekly and my husband has been working 15-16 hour days with the department of Ag to help those who are in need worse than ourselves.

Even though I love a good clean freezer, it's bitter sweet having it empty.

We are completely sold out of beef until September slaughter dates.

We processed 3 cows in August and have sold out in 3 days. We thought increasing to 3 cows per month was enough but it doesn't seem to be enough for our amazing customers. We are trying to get more dates and cows ready to hit ideally 7 cows a month. We will do what we can to keep up with the quantity but we will not sacrifice quality to do so.

We do have pork left!

🐷 Tenderloin
🐷 Ham Roasts
🐷 Ham Steaks

We do have a waiting list for bulk (quarter, half or whole) orders and are filling into November, if you'd like to get on the bulk list please let me know.

Confirmed all the cut sheets this past Wednesday so we should be getting our cows back from processing hopefully by the end of this week or first of next week.

We have 3 cows at processing now and hopefully will get them back soon and be restocked!

We do have pork available and another hog coming back from processing this week also.

We have mild, hot, Italian Sausage available. Ham steaks, ham roasts, shoulder roast, Tenderloin and a few pork chops left!

We will have maple and mild Sausage coming on our next hog.
