Indulge in a creamy and flavorful dish with Chicken Buttered Noodles, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz (about 225g) egg noodles or your preferred pasta
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley for garnish)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth (preferably low-sodium)
½ cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: Grated parmesan cheese for topping
Optional: Red pepper flakes for added spice

- Directions
Cook the Chicken: Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.

Sear the Chicken: Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C). Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest. Once cooled slightly, slice it into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Noodles: While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles, reserving about ½ cup of the pasta cooking water.

Melt the Butter: In the same skillet used to cook the chicken, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and allow it to melt, scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan.

Sauté the Garlic: Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the Chicken Broth and Cream: Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes, reducing slightly. Then, stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, thickening slightly.

Toss the Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the skillet, tossing them gently in the butter sauce until they are evenly coated. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

Add the Chicken: Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and toss everything together, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce.

Season and Garnish: Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle the parsley over the top and, if you like, add some red pepper flakes for a little heat.

Serve: Serve the Chicken Buttered Noodles hot, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese, if desired.

Tender, juicy chicken breasts baked to perfection with a creamy, cheesy topping that will leave you craving more!

- Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)

- Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch to ensure they cook uniformly.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are blended smoothly.

Spread the creamy mixture generously on top of each chicken breast, ensuring the entire surface is covered.

Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning for an extra touch of flavor.

Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The top should be beautifully golden.

Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain its maximum juiciness.

Boldly flavor-packed, these Korean BBQ meatballs paired with a zesty spicy mayo dip are perfect for new cooks and food lovers alike!

Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef or ground chicken
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (to thicken)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or chicken), panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Gently mix the ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing, as this can make the meatballs dense.

Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on a plate or baking sheet while you heat your preferred cooking surface.

You can cook the meatballs in three different ways: pan-fry for a crispy outer layer, bake in the oven for less mess, or grill them for a smoky flavor. Choose your cooking method and prepare the meatballs accordingly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together ¼ cup soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and the cornstarch mixture to thicken. Heat gently over low heat until slightly thickened for a flavorful sauce.

For the spicy mayo dip, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon gochujang, lime juice, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.

Once your meatballs are cooked, serve them warm with the spicy mayo dip drizzled atop and garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for a finishing touch.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Total Time 35 minutes | Kcal: 300 (approximate) | Servings: 4-6
