🐂 40 Virgin, 18-Month-Old Angus Bulls

This year’s offering features genetics from a few high lights as well as other great herd sites we believe in:

PEAK DOT BIG RIVER — Bringing growth, performance, and strong maternal qualities.

FOUNDATION 9J — A son of Foundation 7179, adding another exciting sire line to the program.

These 18-month-old bulls offer cattlemen more maturity and development heading into their first breeding season. They’re bred with the expectation of covering cows, traveling country, and making a lasting impact on the herds they go to work in.

The scale told the story.

The calves are off the cows and headed to their winter home at Hould’s Bull Development Center.

This bunch came straight off their mothers averaging 780+ pounds, and we couldn’t be happier with the performance we’re seeing.

Good cows, proven genetics, and calves that flat-out grow. Now we’re looking forward to watching this group develop through the winter.

This is the kind of maternal performance we’re breeding for.

The cows have done their job. Now it’s time to see what hits the scale.

The countdown to weaning is on, and this calf crop is shaping up to be one of the strongest we’ve raised.

Thick, powerful calves with the growth and consistency we’ve been breeding toward, backed by cows that have worked all summer and put the pounds where they belong.

We’ve liked what we’ve seen in the pasture. Now we’re ready to put some numbers behind it.

Let’s see what they weigh.

Tomorrow is the day!

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Math Farms Angus for the North Central Montana Angus Tour.

We’re excited to show you the cattle, walk through our herd sires and their offspring, share a little history behind these old barns, and most importantly, spend the morning visiting with fellow cattlemen and women.

A lot of work has gone into getting ready, and now we’re ready to open the gates.

The countdown is almost over!

We’re looking forward to opening the gates at Math Farms Angus this Wednesday morning as a stop on the North Central Montana Angus Tour.

We’ll have our herd sires and their offspring on display, giving you a chance to walk through the cattle, see the genetics at work, and visit with us about our program. Most of all, we’re looking forward to catching up with longtime customers, meeting new producers, and talking cattle.

We’ve been working hard to get the ranch ready, and we can’t wait to have everyone here.
