Steel Brook Livestock We are a small operation based on family togetherness. We started showing in 2008 and we created quite a buzz.

We started with the American Aberdeen cattle in 2005 with the plan to raise meat for our freezer and for them to be the foundation for 4-H and FFA projects for our kids. I like to say that most people don't remember who had the grand champions but they remember our Aberdeens. We hope to increase the numbers of American Aberdeen in Wisconsin by helping others get involved in this wonderful breed. If we don't have something available we will try to help point you in the right direction.

We are excited to offer Steel Brook Nougat to a new program. She will be in Norfolk NE for the Aberdeen Jr Nationals this coming week and arrangements could be made to take her home from there or she will come back to SE Wisconsin, and we can help with delivery from there. She is currently open and ready to breed to your chosen bull with a perfect opportunity for a Jr to start their own Bred & Owned Moderator program. She was reserve division champion at the American Royal, 4th in class at Louisville, and 2nd in class in both the Jr and open shows in Denver. For more information contact Steve or Crystal Lee Hoffmann.
