Now that our sugarbush is tapped for the season, we’ve been thinking about our favorite pancake recipe. How do you like your pancakes? 🍁

Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes
1 c whole wheat flour
1 c quick cooking oatmeal*
2 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
++
1 c yogurt (plain or vanilla work best)
3/4 c milk
3 T oil
2 eggs

Cook and serve with Brigham Family Maple Syrup and your favorite fixings.

*(if you don’t have any, use old fashion and let the batter sit a little longer to soften the oats)
