🏰 Introducing 'Uplift the Rooks' (7.8% NEIPA) 🏰

Our counter to 'Flip the Kings' and second foray into thiolized yeast utilizes all American hops including the brand new Anchovy hop.

This castle pours a beautiful golden haze, has notes of tropical citrus and finishes with an incredibly smooth mouthfeel.
