Majer Family Farms Were a small Hot Pepper and Honey farm located in Whitmore Lake Michigan. Everything is grown at the Farm but processed in Plymouth.

We grow a variety of Hot Peppers that are dehydrated, ground, and jarred for our local markets.

Millionaire Bacon Recipe - Changing peoples lives with the help of our Salts and Spices.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit
2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
3. Lay bacon slices on the prepared pan.
4. Mix together Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, and Majer Family Farms Cayenne Pepper Spice.
5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the bacon strips then flip and coat the other side.
6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes with flipping the Bacon at the 10 minute mark.
7. Let cool a little bit and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
1lb Thick Cut Bacon
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Majer Family Farms Cayenne Pepper Spice.

Were into our second year of beekeeping that provides our customers with honey that is 100% Pure Raw Michigan Honey. Our honey is processed, jarred, and labeled by us personally guaranteeing a great tasting locally produced product.
