Coles Maple Syrup Coles Maple Syrup is owned and operated by Gary Coles. Each spring 2400 taps are drilled into Sugar Maple trees on the 400 acre farm.

Visitors are welcome at the sugarhouse during the sugaring season in the spring.

Broome County Fair is on this week. Coles Maple Syrup did real good in Maple Syrup judging. First place in Amber Maple Syrup, Maple Cream and Grandulated Maple Sugar. 2nd place in Dark Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar. Now will also do NY State Fair in a month.
