In Celebration of our Tasting Room's 6th Anniversary, I want to recognize and celebrate those who have helped create our Customer Experience...
Charlotte Black - I want to give a Big Shout Out to Charlotte - my first Employee! Who braved the tremendous heat at our first Farmer's Market (including the bottle explosion), poured for hundreds of Winos at Grapefest, shared our w**e at various events, and held down the fort at the Tasting Room while I did festivals all over Texas! She keeps trying to retire but...

Well ...it is hard to believe that our Tasting Room has been open 6 years as of this week - We opened on Oct 10th, 2020! SO MUCH has happened since the journey first began in 2018 ...I have been strolling down Memory Lane in my google photos and have SO Many wonderful memories and am so Grateful for all the support of those who have helped get me through all the "Adventures" that growing grapes and making w**e expose you to!!

Over the next few weeks, I will be posting some of those memories - harvesting, fermentation, racking, bottling plus the tons of Fun in the many events we have done! I am so Thankful for my mentors in this industry, for those who have worked so hard to show off our w**emaking by pouring at festivals, helping at Grapefest (uugghh!), working in the Tasting Room, and offering so much moral support along the way! And a Big Thank You to all of you that have purchased our w**es over the years and shared with your friends.

For those who may not know, it all started back in 2016-2017 when I have the opportunity to pick some local grapes and make some w**e. It tasted pretty good so I sent it off to several w**e competitions for amateurs. I ended up winning both Gold and Silver medals! That is when the bug hit... I had always thought I wanted a huge vineyard but w**emaking was a challenge and I wanted to learn more! So I enrolled at Grayson College and met 3 of the neatest W**e Sisters (Annette Perez, , and ) who were on the same Journey! And that was the Beginning of Beautiful Friendships and This Great Adventure...
