September 1st is fall 🍂 Yes I know it's almost 100 degrees here in Tennessee, I'm manifesting ok?
I'll say it plain and simple, I'm a ho for apple cider donuts. A warm apple cider donut with a caramel apple cider... I'm there! 🍎🍏🍩🍂🍁 The sugary cinnamon coating, the light apple crumbs melting in your mouth 🤤 yuuuuuuum.
Better believe I have fall specific items I'm working on this weekend.

Surely I'm not the only one who runs around like a crazy person all day doing stuff, then at 5:30 says "s**t... wtf am I going to make for dinner?!"
I've been toying with the idea of canning supper jars. You provide the meat, I provide the rest, including instructions via a QR code. Is this something you think YOU'D utilize?

Let me tell you the story of how I became a no recipe cooker...
Picture it, Sicily... Just kidding. It was Montana, late fall, the mountains were already snow capped, it was cool and crisp and I was craving my Grams beef stew badly. So I called her and asked her for the recipe. She said "oh hun, you just coat meat in flour and spices, brown it and then dump a bunch of s**t in a pot and call it stew." That's verbatim.
Now every time my mom comes to visit she asks for the recipe to whatever I've made and I'm like 🤷🏼‍♀️ this is what I put in it, but I measured with my heart, soooo....
Thank goodness I actually made a recipe for this Blueberry Bramble Jam (as I call it) because it actually might be my favorite thing I've ever made.
It'll be in the farm stand this week.

My husband pulled a Bob Ross and made a happy mistake. Picked a melon when I said it's not ready. Been in the fridge 2 days and was really cold and juicy, really sweet, just not quite done. Chickens said THANKS!!! All that cold water in the melon is good for them during these hot days when they mostly hide in the woods.

Well I'm back from my trip with my daughter, her best friend and her mom. Her rodeo, Yellowstone, Tetons, Cody and more rodeo. Our hotel in Cody had ponies, a ropin dummy, a pool. Pretty cool place!

Hitting the ground running! We've canned 7 quarts of beans, shelled blanched and are freezing several pounds of purple hull pea, have tomato sauce to make, peppers to dry and roast for hot sauce and flake, plus fall seeds going in starter trays.

Okra shows no sign of stopping, pole and bush beans are still going, yellow squash crop 2 is producing and getting big and of course our peppers are going ham, especially the red savina and Tabasco. We have several watermelon still growing away, little bigger than footballs now. What can we put out for you?
