How can I keep the chocolate shell dipping sauce from hardening before I have a chance to dip the cones in sprinkles? We made cheesecake filled dipped cones but the cones got soggy and were hard to eat. I feel like if I dip them in chocolate first and then fill them they’ll be less likely to get soggy. Any ideas?

It has been my dream for years to own my own restaurant and be able to serve others. Now this dream is becoming a reality. While we are still in the start up phases of our little business I hope that you will embark on this journey with us. I will post as much information as I can as often as possible. Menu's, pricing, services available, etc. We will have t-shirts available for our suspension project. Our suspension project will allow our customers to help us help others less fortunate than us by doubling the amount of their purchase and providing a meal or meals to someone who otherwise wouldn't have access to a hot meal or even just a bottle of water.
