Happy Thursday! We've been getting tons of questions about when our catering menu was going to come out. So with that I figured today's a better day then ever!
You can request your food either warm or cold pick up, but pick ups will be the day before thanksgiving on 11/25/26.
Last day for orders will be on 11/20/26.

We will be processing Wild Game this year beginning Oct. 3rd 2026.
Hours will be 8-8 Sun-Sat. All animals must be gutted, but can be unskinned or skinned before dropping off. $100 deposit on animals that are dropped off.
Basic processing is $180 and includes steaks, roast, stew meat, cutlets, and grind.
$25 per quarter on cooler animals
Additional costs, will be based off of raw weight.
$5lb-raw sliced jerky
$8lb-cooked jerky meat. Flavors Mild, Sweet Chipotle, Cajun, Hot&spicy
$5lb raw sliced fajita/stir fry meat
$8lb marinated fajita meat (no veggies)
$5lb patties Beef fat added for 80/20 ratio
$4lb link sausage, 12lb minimum. Flavors German, Jalapeno cheese ,Green Chili Cheese, Italian, Hot Link
$5lb Summer Sausage 12lb minimum. Flavors Mild, cheese, Jalapeno cheese, salami
$4lb Bulk Breakfast Sausage or chorizo
$10lb-Snack stick 12lb minimum flavors Mild, Cheese, or jalapeno cheese
$8lb- smoked sausage 12lb minimum flavors, German ,Jal/cheese, Cajun, Hotlink
$8lb-Ground Venison Bacon
Added pork fat to grinds $4lb
Added beef fat to grinds $5lb
