Maybe you haven't heard. This weekend is the annual Hotter Than Hell Bike ride.
Most of downtown will be blocked off for the race.
So... the Wichita Falls Farmers Market will be closed, and Model A Honey- Raw Local Honey will enjoy a weekend off. The plan is to take my 1930 Model A Town Sedan out for a spin.

If you haven't heard, tomorrow is Pickle Day at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market .
They will be having everything Pickle. Pickled vegetables, good old fashioned pickles, and I hear lessons on how to pickle will be had.
I gave up trying to pickle honey, so I won't have picked honey.
I will have plenty of honey, honey comb, Pollen and Whipped honey.

Just a reminder Model A Honey- Raw Local Honey will be at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market this Saturday, from 8 until 1. Stop by and visit, and grab some 🐝 pollen. It's a great supplement, high in protein.
Everything living needs carbs and protein to survive.
Bees harvest both from the flowers and plants. I harvest both from my hives, but leave them plenty to winter on.
I take pollen daily, it gives me a boost and clears up my allergies.
Give it a try.

I'm excited to announce Wilson Wilson Backyard BBQ will be at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market tomorrow. If you haven't tried their BBQ, Brisket, Texas Twinkies and sides you're missing out on the best BBQ in North Texas!
Also, tomorrow is Bee Awareness Day at the Market. I thought about bringing a hive of 🐝, but decided against it.
I'll have bee pollen, Wildflower, Sunflower, Clover, and Hot Honey. Honey with comb, and all six Fruit Infused Whipped Honeys.

This Saturday is Watermelon Day at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market. Get there early or don't get a melon.
Meanwhile, Model A Honey- Raw Local Honey will be selling all the sticky sweetness you can handle. I made a batch of Hot Honey, so come get the sweet and the heat🔥!!

Been a little under the weather this week. Mom would call it the croup. Anyhow, I'm better now and will be at the Wichita Falls Farmers Market in the morning. I have plenty of Peach Whipped honey, along with the others. Stop by and get your sweet fix!
