Pointy Nose Brewing Co. Pointy Nose Brewing Co. is a veteran owned brewery "in the making." In 2009, just after graduating college, commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S.

Air Force, marrying my wife, and awaiting to head to Texas to attend pilot training, I found my father-in-law's "Mr. Beer" kit that I had bought him 2 Christmas's prior. I though, "I'll give this a shot," and made the first batch. I have been hooked ever since. I have made beer in California, Texas, Arizona, South Korea, and Utah. While in Utah, I deployed with the 421st Fighter Squadron, the "Bla

ck Widows." A brewing buddy of mine were sitting one day trying to come up with names for my brewery, we bounced around a few names until we landed on "Pointy Nose Brewing Co." "Pointy Nose" being how fighter pilots describe their machine of war that they strap on and fly into battle. Now, being back in Texas, I am beginning my journey of one day owning and operating a professional brewery in North Texas. This page is meant to document this journey.

To anyone who still follows us, we took a break on PNBC due to Covid and the challenges associated with opening a nano brewery. We’ve received a few requests from some looking to refresh their shirt collection. Since the shirts are run through a third party company (bonfire) we reactivated the campaign for anyone who needs a fresh one!

All shirts from the last order (Closed out on June 25th) have been shipped. We know of at least one order that was charged but didn't ship out. All orders are done through a third party company, Bonfire, and if you haven't received an email confirming shipment, either contact them directly or shoot us a DM with your order number and we'll track it down. Congratulations to Dozen! Selected to be #2, Left Wing, for next season! Dozen and I were in pilot training together and, most recently, IFF IPs at Sheppard AFB together where he helped make a lot of our initial beers. He’s going to make an awesome addition to the team! If he can figure out the side stick, he’ll make a great Viper pilot! Follow his journey inspiring young Americans .2.2 !
