We’re firing up the smokers for Labor Day weekend, and pre-orders are now open for some of your favorite BBQ and sides.

• Whole Brisket — $215 (5–6 lbs)
• 3 Rib Dino Beef Ribs — $150 (3–4 lbs)
• Whole Rack of Spare Ribs — $40
• (4) Poblano & Cheddar Sausages — $20
• Pulled Pork — $21/lb
• Chopped Beef — $25/lb

SIDES
• Old Bay Potato Salad — $35 (½ pan)
• Elote Style Cream Corn — $40 (½ pan)
• Baked Potato Casserole — $45 (½ pan)
• Mac & Cheese — $55 (½ pan)

Happy Saturday! Welcome all the hotter n hell riders today to Wichita Falls.

We’ve got some smoked turkey on special today along with our regular menu.

NEXT WEEK we are closed Thursday & Friday for a large almost 500 person catering. We will be open Wednesday and Saturday though!

We are releasing our Labor Day preorder menu today also so be sure to get those orders in as soon as possible.

Hey guys!! Let me start by saying how much I appreciate all our customers in Wichita Falls and surrounding areas. We’re finally to the point where we’re out grown the truck and with growth comes financial needs!

So we’re selling the truck to help move us forward with some future plans. WE ARE NOT CLOSING! We’ve moved inside red barn and are looking to expand. These are just a few photos I snapped and can gladly give SERIOUS buyers more pictures and any information they may want.

We are not done mobile vending! We’re looking to add a pull behind trailer for our catering needs,plus we will be adding live fire cooking very soon to our catering package. With that being said I am open to partial trades plus cash for a smaller trailer.

Guys we wouldn’t be here without you all and can’t thank everyone enough for the support. We’re only getting started and I’m excited to share the future with everyone soon enough.
