Yesterday was a BIG day for us at Peach Cobbler Factory! We officially received our Certificate of Occupancy, and this piece of paper represents so much more than just a final approval. It represents months of planning, permitting, construction, inspections, problem-solving, long days, and a lot of patience.
There were moments that felt exciting, stressful, exhausting, and rewarding all at the same time, but we kept pushing forward because we believed in this dream and in bringing something special to our community.
We want to sincerely thank everyone who has followed along on this journey, checked in on us, encouraged us, and been patient throughout the process. Your support has meant more than you know.
This certificate marks the end of one long journey… and the beginning of an even more exciting one. Now we can start unboxing and assembling furniture and equipment, putting us another step closer to opening our doors! We will begin hiring soon and will post the information on our socials, so stay tuned!!
