- listen, people try to make easy dishes so hard....it's not, especially when you have great products! 😏
(First thing - marinate your chicken breasts (a few hours is good, overnight is best) with Gremolata olive oil, Sicilian Lemon balsamic and Pepe & Aglio- there isn't a recipe for this. Measure with your heart) ❀️
(Second -Pick your pasta, set your water to boil, add salt to it- this is the easiest way to season pasta- it does not make the water boil faster) 😏
(Third - start your chicken...slow cook it however you choose (grill-air fry-bake-pan fry) for heaven's sake just don't over cook it....nobody wants to eat jerky alfredo.
(Fourth - it is time to create the magic. Alfredo is easy and tasty, but dreadful if you over do it. Just saying. 😜
-Add 5 TBS Sweet Butter olive oil to a pan until it starts to move
-Add 2 TBS fresh minced garlic (jarlic if you like it- doesn't matter to me) and 1/2 tsp of Pepe & Aglio, with a healthy sprinkle of Viva's bread dipping spice (I've heard it should be called all purpose seasoning! Ha!) and let that get fragrant....
-Add 2 cups of heavy cream (brain food y'all) and let it come to a simmer, 3-5 mins (stir it a few times!)
(How's the pasta? Done? Drain it)
-Add 1/2 cup freshly grated (I insist on this!) parmesan with 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and let simmer until thickened and melted (Stir it frequently-watch the cheese!)
Alrighty? The final steps are : add the pasta to the sauce pan, swirl it around in there - you know - coat it. Add your chicken (cut it up, whole breast - whatever) Grate some more FRESH PARM (still insisting) and a healthy dusting of Viva's bread dipping spice to make it pretty.
(some of you might prefer to add a little more salt - BUT - if you grate fresh parm (like I told you to) you won't need it.

Bright and spicy in every way, this vinegar is a blend of juicy sweet mango and habanero chili peppers, making a succulent vinegar with infinite possibilities in both the kitchen and the bar. This vinegar is especially delicious when added to drinks of any kind. Add a few tablespoons to a light beer to make a raddler, or blend into margaritas for a spicy, sweet kick. Add to a bourbon smash with fresh mango, peaches, or golden plums in place of bitters, or add to limeade or sparkling water to add complexity to everyday beverages.
