So people wonder why good brisket is so expensive well heres that answer. This started at 19.8 lbs and ended at 13.4lbs after trim. Thats 7+lbs of loss before its even cooked.to give you the quality end product you are use to from us. Now this is for tomorrow at Central Standard Brewing 156s greenwood 4-8pm, we are thinking about running some burnt ends tomorrow. So get there early supplies will be limited on those just. wanted to share a little knowledge with you all.

So we did up some dirty rice with brisket and some 4oz sample cups of our not yo mommas chicken salad for the Aaron and Austin Show tonight. An it is packed with all sorts of stuff to make it extra dirty 😆. Alot of what we do for these guys is to show case how versatile our dry rub is or creative things to do with our smoked meats.
