The big reveal! We have a soft serve ice cream machine at Shocker Hall! Thank you to and for being our fabulous ribbon cutting duo. We hope you all enjoy the new addition!

Pro tip: If the ice cream if too soft, the machine needs about 5 minutes to catch up and freeze the mix. This may happen during times of heavy use, so just give it a few minutes and it will be ready and delicious!

Happy Chef Appreciation Week to our unparalleled leader of all things culinary, Chef Quy Pham. Your inventive take on food, drive for excellence in the kitchens, and strong leadership skills make you a truly valued member of the WSU Dining and Chartwells Catering at Wichita State University team. Thank you for all you do.

Sidenote: Unfortunatly not caught on video is Chef Quy, dashing away directly after this photo, to help in the kitchen. A very on-brand move.
