One way to know winter is coming when you live on a farm …

The hay starts rolling in! We’re sure to stock up so there’s plenty to mulch the garlic 🧄🧄 after planting and feed the grazers 🐐🐐 through the winter.

"Regular" garlic salt, but make it fire 🔥

That's what our Orie's Garlic Salt is - just garlic and salt, elevated

Organic-compliant, flaky sea salt and our farm-grown, regenerative garlic three ways: raw for pungency, smoked for a smoky sultriness, and roasted for rich sweetness.

One pinch (or more, we won't judge) brings unmatched depth, aroma, and flavor to absolutely anything you cook. No chemicals, no fillers, just pure garlic goodness with high quality sea salt.

Shop this staple blend with us in person at Kansas Grown Inc. Farmers’ Market on Saturday from 7 to noon, or grab it on our website anytime it suits you!

Before it becomes one of our most unique and asked about seasoning salts, the foraging starts here. In one of our favorite places, the north woods of Michigan's upper peninsula. 🌲

🫐 Wild blueberries are abundant, if you know where to look. So abundant in fact that a Kansas farm family of three can forage the afternoon away and you can't even tell we were ever there.

🫐 These wild blueberries are dehydrated and paired with our farm's lemon balm and an organic-compliant flaky sea salt to create our Wild Blueberry Salt.

🫐 Fruit and salt?! You betcha. This blend is super unique and delicious.

🥩 Savory uses include using it with lamb, pork, salmon, roasted veg like golden beets, and breakfast egg dishes.

🍹 It can also be used to salt the rims of margaritas, fruity lemonades and spritzers.

🧁 For something sweet, add it to baked goods like lemon muffins or blueberry scones.

If you have this one already in your pantry, tell us how you use it! Or head on over to our website (direct product linked in the comments) or visit our booth at Kansas Grown Inc. Farmers' Market on Saturday to get your hands on one!
