Known for our SIGNATURE 1 lb Hog Troff consisting of 1 1/4 lb Hot link, 1/2 lb pulled pork (ANOTHER FAN FAVORITE), baked beans, nacho cheese and jalepenos. All barbecue starts with the meat; we choose grade A quality porks
butts. Smoking them for hours with our special dry rub to lock in the flavor
and juices ensuring our pulled pork is very tender! Our Hot Links are a nice
mild even spice leve

l and flavor with very little grease. They are also smoked for a few hours to increase the smoky flavor as well as the perfect color.
