Sausage Spotlight (20/38): German Style Country Sausage.
This is one of our most popular sausages, and we have it available in the a variety of ways! Links, Rope (pictured), Ground (Bulk), Patties, and Smoked! Our German is a less is more sausage with just 4 ingredients. Pork, salt, pepper, and liquid smoke. Simple and delicious. We love to use it in gravy, breakfast burritos, pretzel dogs, and so much more!

Help us in wishing Lucy a Happy Birthday!! Lucy is our chef (have you had one of her bagels? yum!), She overseas all of the inspection paperwork, runs the poultry side of the butcher shop, and so much more! She is always giving of her time and serves with her whole heart! Happy Birthday!

It's finally feeling more like fall!! 🕺 We have great protein options for all the soups and stews!
✴ Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast are a delicious protein for so many soups! Chicken Tortilla, Chicken Chili, or the classic Chicken Noodle.
✴ Pork Shoulder Roast or Pork Tenderloin are great for a pork stews
✴ Ground Beef is a staple for the traditional Chili or Cheeseburger Soup.

Sausage Spotlight (19/38): Firecracker Link
Our Firecracker link is for those that love all things spicy! This Sausage gets its heat from the fresh habaneros and Carolina Reaper powder to give it that punch. Not only are they hot they have great flavor!! While they are perfect on a bun, we also love throwing them in a Alfredo dish to spice things up!
We hope to sample these this Saturday at the Farmer's Market - but again they are spicy. 😄

It's October and Thanksgiving will be here before you know it! We will have Fresh Free Range Turkeys available again for your Thanksgiving table! We raise the Turkeys ourselves and Phil works with the local mill to feed them a Non GMO Grain.

Our Chorizo is a ground sausage, seasoned with dried Mexican chilies for a deep, spicy, and peppery flavor! It is a great sausage to use in Breakfast Burritos, Tacos, Chili or adding it to Queso for an extra kick! Spice up your Taco Tuesday with our Chorizo! We have it at both locations!

Are you uncertain about what to make for dinner this evening? Ground Pork is a fantastic, underrated, and a cost effective option in the kitchen! It can easily replace ground beef in most recipes! Our favorites include: Stir fry, Meatballs, Egg Roll Bowls, Lettuce Wraps, and we tried Pot Sticker bowls (pictured) which was a huge success! So delicious!
