ICYMI 👀 Our favorite Booch Buds from Apollo Fermentations was featured during Farmers Market Friday on KAKE News! Apollo Fermentations

Kombucha King, Chris Hannemann, turned his love of healthy foods, bold flavors, and curiosity about fermentation into some seriously good drinks! His approach? “Use as many local ingredients as possible.” Two of the drinks he brought to the segment featured local ingredients, including honey from Juniper Clay Canning Co 🤤🍯

🧐 New to booch? Kombucha is fermented tea. The fermentation gives this refreshment its tangy fizz and live cultures, which support a healthy gut microbiome🦠

If you missed Apollo at the market this summer, or you’re ready for another round, visit their shop at 1st & Cleveland this weekend! Try a flight of kombucha flavors, pick up some sauerkraut and other fermented goodies, or cool down with a fresh fruit slushie! 🍓

Big news — we’re growing! 🌱
Kansas Grown Farmers Market is opening a new satellite market in Andover on The Plaza at The Heritage! In addition to our weekly market at K-State Research and Extension (21st & Ridge), you can now shop local with us on the east side starting May 23rd, 8 AM–Noon, and every Saturday through September.
Expect the same fresh, local, Kansas-grown and Kansas-made products you trust from our markets — just closer to home!
Stay tuned for updates about our Opening Day in Andover on May 23rd and vendor sneak peeks!
