A Message and Apology to Our Customers

We sincerely apologize for the announcement about the three allocated Copper & Cask bourbons scheduled for release at 8:00 a.m. today, Thursday, October 15.

On Tuesday morning, our distributor’s corporate ordering system showed updated available inventory for all three bourbons. We placed an order for 10 cases total and received a confirmation invoice. Based on that information, we posted the banner to let customers know about the planned release once the bourbons arrived.

Unfortunately, today’s delivery included none of the product. The announced 8:00 a.m. release will not take place, and we do not have these bourbons available for sale.

We understand that customers may have made plans based on our post, and we’re sorry for the disappointment and confusion. We relied on the information and confirmation provided through the ordering system, but we are responsible for what we communicate to you. We should have waited until the product was physically in our store before announcing a release time.

We are contacting the distributor to understand what happened and whether the order can be fulfilled. We will share an update once we have verified information. Until then, please consider the release postponed.

Thank you for your understanding, and again, we apologize.
