Fern Hollow Farm We raise fresh produce, lamb and pork for people who care about buying healthy, locally grown food. Fern Hollow is a family owned and operated farm.

Our land has been owned and farmed by multiple generations of our family, and the various generations raised tomatoes, dairy cows, beef cattle, and grain. Now we focus primarily on pastured sheep, pork, and vegetables.

Thanks to Fairport Baptist Church for inviting us to bring Izzy the lamb for their opening night of Vacation Bible School! What a HUGE crowd of wonderful children and their parents and grandparents. We had such a good time sharing lamb time with them!

People frequently ask us how we came up with the name for our farm. You can see we have some real beauties in our woods and we love to retreat to the quiet hillsides amongst the ferns. We also named it after a series of wonderful children's books by John Patience. These books were hands-down our kids' favorites when they were small. If you have young children in your life, check out these lovely, gentle books.

Everyone stay warm and hopefully Snowpocalypse will pass us by! Sweet potatoes make a nutritious & delicious winter dish - and the smell of them baking makes your kitchen a place you don't mind spending a snowy day! ☺️
