🥕 lotsa carrots, beets, radishes, celery, salad turnips (last chance for the salad turnips and radishes)
🫑 probably our final harvest of peppers
🍅 tomatoes (both red and green!)
🌿 fresh herbs: dill, mint, rosemary
🧅 scallions, onions
🥔 potatoes and butternut squash from MX Morningstar farm
💛“starry night” acorn squash, delicata squash, black futsu squash

We’re open Wednesdays and Saturdays through December 19 at our farmstand: 899 Stony Hill Rd, Wilbraham.

We are certified organic, with fall crops including a wide variety of greens, roots, squash, potatoes, and onions.

We also have apples (not organic) from local orchards.

We accept cash, check, credit, venmo, and SNAP/HIP. We can also accept WIC and Senior FMNP coupons through October 31!

💐 Last call for flowers! We have mixed bouquets ($20) and straight bunches of celosia and strawflowers ($10) up at the farmstand—once they’re gone, that’s a wrap on our 2026 flower season! The celosia and strawflowers are great for drying—hang them upside down until dry to create an everlasting bouquet! 💐

Happy Frostmas to all who celebrate! The first frost of the fall marks the beginning of the slowing down and sweetening up season, as frost-hardy plants produce sugars that act as a natural antifreeze, protecting them from the deeper freezes to come. Soon the kale will be sweet!

Hakurei salad turnips are back this week! They are sweet and tender and juicy—delicious sliced up raw; or roasted in the oven with garlic! The greens are delicious too—nice and tender, with a mild, mustardy kick. Chop the greens up and add them up and add them to a salad, or sauté them briefly and add a squeeze of lemon for a nice side. We only grow them in the spring and fall, when the cooler temperatures provide ideal growing conditions. Enjoy them while they’re here!
