1 down, 3 to go.... A couple years ago our breeding schedule got all out of line due to my bright idea to have two calving intervals. Well that didn't work so hot, we lost a lot of calves due to the weather. We have almost everyone back on a one month calving schedule. But in the meantime. Meet Jeff, our bottle calf. Even though, his mom rejected him, we did not. He is doing well and getting the hang of things at a month old. He will be halter trained and hopefully rideable when he is bigger. It is time for Jeff to teach Henry some responsibilities.
