This Saturday we will be selling our low sugar jams, jellies, syrups, and fruit powders at the River Valley Woodworks Idaho barn sale. We have a large variety this year, so if you have already gone through what bought this summer, here is your opportunity to get some more!

Our market season is complete and we still have some yummy jams/jellies and freeze dried fruit powder left. I will list below what we have left and if you are interested you can message and come get some. Thanks to all whom have supported us over the years!

Our jams/jellies (1/2 pint jars) are all lower in sugar and we use a preserative free pectin (Pomona's Universal Pectin). The sugar is not replaced so there is more fruit or fruit juice in every jar:

Strawberry jam - 11 left - $8
Spiced Plum - 6 left - $8
Apricot Jam - 2 left - $8
Razzleberry Jam (Strawberry & Red Raspberry) - 1 left - $8
Red Raspberry Jelly - 4 left - $10
Blackberry Jelly - 9 left - $10
Mixed Raspberry (Red & Black) - 5 left - $10

Red Raspberry Powder - $10
Blackberry Powder - $8

We also have frozen berries:
Strawberries - $10 for 1.5 lbs of topped/rinsed
Red Raspberries - $11 for 3 1/2 pints frozen on trays

Both are packaged in food saver bags.

As the berry season continues on we process lots of LOW SUGAR jams and jellies. In addition to our Strawberry, Red Raspberry, Black Raspberry and Blackberry we have brought back our Spiced Plum and new for this year, Apricot!

All made from quality whole ingredients, 1/2 to 1/3 of the sugar normally used to make preserves, and a Dextrose-free pectin!

If your favorite variety is not in stock we can make it for you, no problem!!! 🍓🍽🥪
