To my winery, winemaking, viticulture and enology friends,
I am getting married in 58 days September 26th, and instead of pulling a wine list off a distributor sheet or going to costco .I had an idea we both fell in love with. We want every bottle poured at our wedding to come from someone I actually know and appreciate. From the people that walk the vines, and make these wines, and have made this local industry feel like family to me for so long.
So I am asking, humbly and with zero expectation. If you would be willing to donate some bottles, or offer us a industry ,friends and family price, we would be honored to pour your wine. Whites, reds, rosé, sparkling, anything you are proud of. We are keeping it entirely local because the story behind each bottle matters more to me than any label.
Here is what we would love to do in return. Every winery represented gets named on our wine list and table cards, so our guests know exactly whose glass they are raising and I will proudly share stories of knowing you and the story behind your wines.
And if now is not the right time, please do not think twice about it. Harvest math is real . A no changes nothing between us.
