Still not exactly how I had them in Bali but pretty darn close I made the coconut filling the same but added walnuts and roasted apples. Yum crunch factory definitely an improvement.

I can’t believe how active my starter is she’s amazing. She’s beautiful nice and thick with wonderful legs and tons and tons of bubbles gonna try a regular loaf with my new Bali salt.

Even though my sourdough starter has been in the refrigerator for 24 days while I was on holiday she’s a a grower looks like bread is back on the menu. Life is good!!!!😌 WOW!!!🤩

This poundcake is going to be extraordinary. I decided to use a gluten-free flour so I whipped my egg whites and whipped the heavy cream separate folded those ingredients in for this very beautiful batter on top of using cream cheese and butter and the most sugar I’ve ever used inside of a dessert lol
