It looks like our Central FL community and local farmers were fortunate enough to avoid any major damage from Hurricane Idalia. Now, as we step into the first month of meteorological fall in the Northern Hemisphere, and we may finally start to feel some relief from summer's heat here in Florida, here's what to be planting! 🥕🌱

Our first successions of arugula, radishes, and Swiss chard will go in the ground this month, along with our tomatoes, and later on, our kale.

What will you grow in your garden?

Trying to save plants from this sun. It’s a hard task here in Florida between that and the crappy sand we have to grow in. Not much this year but hopefully as we work it, things will get better. Have a few more covers to put up for this season. The heat is brutal.

Always plenty to get done. This surely will work those muscles today

This is not how you ask for more hay. Like toddlers sometimes. No worries, the goat is fine
