Did u know that until the 1500s,🥦 was mainly grown in Italy?

After a royal marriage happened between the Italy 🇮🇹 and France 🇫🇷 in the 15th century, the French started growing broccoli too, until its production became widespread in Europe.

Containing great amounts of vitamin K, broccoli is actually a cross between cauliflower seeds and pea seeds!

What’s your favorite way to enjoy broccoli?

(Psss… 🤫Comments will get a shout out in our stories !!🤭)

Did u know that companion planting spring onions and spinach can eliminate ant 🐜 infestations?!

Well, we tried it and it worked!! Praise the Lord!

➡️Check out the amazing health benefits of spinach! ⭐️

⚡️SPINACH

Spinach is a superstar among green leafy vegetables. This low-calorie food is full of nutrients that are good for your body in several ways. From boosting the immune system—your body's defense against germs—to helping your heart, its advantages might surprise you.😱‼️

👍Curbs Appetite
Studies suggest thylakoid extracts from plants like spinach may reduce your appetite. This happens because they lower levels of a hunger hormone and raise hormones that make you feel full.

👍Helps Prevent Osteoporosis

Spinach has calcium, manganese, and vitamin K, which are important for healthy bones.

👍Cuts Risk of Iron Deficiency (Anemia)

Spinach is a vegetarian source of iron, a mineral you need to help red blood cells bring oxygen to different areas of your body.

👍Strengthens the Immune System

Spinach has vitamins and minerals like vitamin E and magnesium that support your immune system.

👍Supports Cardiovascular Health

Spinach is a source of inorganic nitrate, which studies suggest may lower your chance of getting heart disease.

Have you tried carrots that have a blushed tone? 😱👀👆

Carrots can vary slightly in their colors and sizes!

4 Reasons why you should eat carrots more often 😉👇:

#1🥕 Strengthen your eyesight 👀: probably the best-known carrot super power. They're rich in beta-carotene, a compound your body changes into vitamin A, which helps keep your eyes healthy.

#2🥕 Lower your risk of cancer ☠: carrots are rich in Vitamin C (an antioxidant). Antioxidants have been proven to fight off harmful free radicals in your body and can make you less likely to have cancer.

#3🥕 Help your heart ❤: the potassium in carrots can help keep your blood pressure in check and lower your risk of heart disease. ✔

#4🥕They help you maintain a healthy weight 🏃‍♂️: they're rich in fiber, which can help you stay at a healthy weight.

Go try a carrot! Your body will thank you 😊💖
