This morning we said goodbye to our faithful guard dog, Gus. He has dutifully watched over our pastures and been a fierce protector of the herd for nearly a decade now. He was a good boy who loved to chase the chickens and take naps in the sunshine. We will miss him deeply and are forever grateful for his service to the farm.

Gus, you did good, buddy. You’ve reached the end of your watch, rest easy now. 🫡

Our roadside stand is officially open for the season!! I just stocked it this morning full of fresh blueberries handpicked by my nanny. Stop by and grab a pint for you and your neighbor! If you can’t make it out, you can always pick up in downtown Chattanooga at Southside Salon + Spa, located at 1265 Market St. We will have both pickup locations stocked throughout the season with blueberries, blackberries, figs, cherry tomatoes, heirloom slicer tomatoes, shish*to peppers, and a few other new varieties of peppers I’m playing around with this year! As always, thanks for supporting our family farm! Happy eating!! 👨🏻‍🌾

Thank you all for coming out for another successful Daylily Sale! It just seems to get better every year. Big thanks to all of our family and friends who volunteered their time and good attitudes to help us pull it off! We are already looking forward to next year and hope to see y’all again real soon. 🌺

These flowers are my granny’s life’s work and a living legacy of the love she has poured into our family farm. It’s that time of year again!! The daylilies are in full bloom and we are in high gear getting the farm ready for you all! Join us Father’s Day weekend, June 14 & 15 for our Annual Open Gardens & Daylily Sale!

We will be open to the public from 9am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults and children under 10 are free! All daylilies are priced at $12 and you will receive at least 3 fans per plant. This is a deal you won’t want to miss!
•
If you have questions about planting and caring for your daylilies, we will have staff on site that will be willing and ready to help.
•
Please remember as always, no pets are allowed- even on a leash. While we do suggest you bring your own water, we will have free bottled water available and restroom access for our guests. See you on the farm!
