What a shame it would be if you had the time and motivation to build something yourself, but did not have the strength to do it.

A 10 foot 2 x 10 on average weighs 37 pounds.
A 12 ft weighs 43.
And a 16ft weighs 60.

In reality that’s not that much weight. But could you lift and maneuver it above your head? Could you position and hold steady?

as a society, we have lost sight of the functionality of fitness. Maybe you don’t really care what you look like in a bathing suit, maybe you don’t care how your clothes fit. But you should care what your functionality is.

Come out for a great shopping experience, live music cans great food at Shaka Taco and to support a fantastic group of kids!

There are a lot of questionable things I will do from the top of the ladder… Wielding a chainsaw is not one of them.

Luckily, for me, God bless me with a husband who will.

One or more OSHA rules may have been ignored in the making of this video. But it’s ok. We are 1 step closer to having a functional barn 🥳
