Not exactly how I wanted to finish up our spring kidding season. But Mesquite and Panda have two live healthy girls!

Jumbled up babies all ended up being born breech. Unfortunately we could not get the insane amount of mucus out from the lungs of the first little one, and he did not make it despite working nearly 20 minutes on him 😢

Didn't get a chance to get my Monday feel good field pics this morning... so a barn cam pic is going to have to work ;) ...

Somehow got my weekends messed up and now a week late for my milk test 😬 But rest assured, tomorrow is the day before a few little ladies leave the farm this weekend. Going to be bittersweet. 9 leave to their new homes on Sunday and one left this afternoon 😢

Still have a few looking for new barns... any that are still in-milk, if not claimed by weekend will begin to dry off to lessen the workload. With less babies to feed after this weekend, I just won't need it. So if you have been on the fence on some of the adults, message me about possibly exposing before they leave (or getting them while still at current production levels)
