As if harvest wasn't enough to keep us busy... Skyhaven's Bisbee tasting room, AKA "The Reach," is taking shape. Waiting on all the permitting and licensing and a few more barstools to assemble, but we are getting close! Hope to be pouring Skyhaven at 14 Main Street come September. 🤞⚔️🍷

Our poor Syrah vines took a hard hit from a late freeze in 2025. Figured we'd have to start all over! But turns out there were some hardy fellows that "weathered" the situation. 😉

Now these lovelies will be Skyhaven's very first estate Syrah. 🙌⚔️🍷

Mark it: July 31, 2026, Skyhaven's first official harvest! Just 4 years and 2 months since we broke ground. This vineyard stuff is a long game, for sure. 😏 Crew started in the wee hours and cleared our Viognier of just over 2 tons of fruit. 💪🍇

Cheers to our wine shepherd, Chris Brinkmeyer, for successfully orchestrating a Skyhaven first without the aid of his co-conspirator/chronicler AND for taking pictures of the event per request. Go team! ⚔️🍷
